These uTorrent would be the best option. It has all the basic functions and uses of BitTorrent is smaller and less resources. They also have great support with their leader, forums and help file.
BitTorrent buys uTorrent is the client is identical, but adds BitTorrent DNA that download programs. DNA is executed even more resources than the BitTorrent client and does nothing for the average user.
Deluge uses a good amount of RAM and it lacks some features that you uTorrent.
I did not use Shareaza, but it is wrong, and if you do not use Gnutella or eDonkey, probably not a good standalone BitTorrent client.
